I have a request and I hope that someone can help me. Does anyone know of a photograph of
Jardine's shop at the beginning of Cordale Crescent? I'm talking about the "auld" Renton.
It was owned by Alan Jardine. His two daughters, Rita and Anne attended the old St. Matin's school. I would love to be able to give to them, a photo of the shop in honor of their father. I know this sounds crazy but, you had to grow up in the late forties and fifties in the Cordale to appreciate Jardine's, even in the sixties.
If anyone knows of a photo in existence, would you please contact me.
